How the scheme works

Each payment made on this site is processed by PayGreen and received by the non-profit association ‘ Contribute For Climate ’ (hereinafter ‘ C4C ’). Then, on a quarterly basis or when the total contributions amount to € 5000, C4C passes on 100% of the contributions that it has collected to the various forestry projects (reforestation, tree-planting, etc.) selected by the Fédération Française de Tennis (hereinafter the ‘ FFT ’) in collaboration with the Office National des Forêts (hereinafter the ‘ ONF ’) and the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur Regional Authority, and overseen either by the ONF itself or by the Belvédère (Alpes-Maritimes) municipal authority, by the Suberaie Voroise ‘Association Syndicale Libre de Gestion Forestière ’ (Forestry owners’ management association), or by the town of Carros (Alpes-Maritimes).

At present, a contribution made to a sustainable project does not constitute a donation, and cannot give rise to a tax deduction.

Obligations upon the user

By providing his or her details, the user agrees, expressly and unreservedly, to the provisions of these general terms and conditions.

The user agrees to provide accurate and verifiable information, notably regarding his or her civil status, surname and forename, and email address, which are required in order to properly identify him or her, as well as his or her bank details.

The user agrees that he or she shall refrain from:

- using the service in a manner liable to harm the PayGreen company, C4C, the FFT, or ClimateSeed ;

- using an automated process or service in order to access and / or use the service;

- damaging, deactivating, overloading or degrading the service.

Payments made by CB / Visa / MasterCard and secured by PayGreen

Personal data are collected by the PayGreen (www.paygreen.io) payment system, in accordance with the provisions relating to the protection of personal data and in particular those of (EU) Regulation 2016/679 from the European Union and Council dated 27th April 2016 and providing for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

The surname, forename, email address and postal address of the payer (also referred to as the ‘contributor’) are never shared with third parties. The FFT, ClimateSeed, and the organizations carrying out the various projects being financed do not have access to these data. Transfers of bank card numbers are secure and encrypted.

In accordance with the applicable regulations on data protection, each user has access, rectification, and deletion rights, as well as the right to restrict processing and to obtain a copy of his or her personal data for his or her own purposes or in order to supply them to another data provider of his or her choice, as well as the right to object to the processing of his or her personal data if this is taking place for the purposes of direct marketing.
